Financial Measures
INR.3,500 crore will be spent on intervention for 2 monthsMigrants who are neither NFSA or not having any state cards are stationed will be provided 5 kg of grains per person and 1 kg Chana per family per month for next 2 months. 8 crore migrants are expected to benefit.
INR.1500 crores interest subvention for MUDRA- Shishu LoansGOI will provide interest subvention of 2% for prompt payees for a period of 12 months. This will benefit 3 crore individuals.
INR.5,000 crores special credit facility for street vendorsGOI will launch a special scheme to facilitate ease access to credit to street vendors. Initial working capital up to INR.10,000. Digital payments will be incentivized.
INR,70,000 crore boost to housing sector for middle class (Annual income 6 – 18 lakhs)Credit link subsidy scheme has been extended up to March 2021. Earlier it was extended up to 31st March 2020. Will benefit 2.5 lakhs middle income families those who are willing to buy houses under affordable housing.
INR.6,000 crore employment push using CAMPA fundsWill create job opportunities in urban, semi-urban and rural areas. It will mainly help tribals/Adivasis
INR.30,000 crores additional emergency working capital for farmersNABARD will extend additional refinance support for crop loan requirement of Rural Co-operative banks and Regional rural banks. It will benefit 3 crore families
INR.2 lakh crores concessional credit through Kisan Credit CardsThis will enable such farmers to gain access to institutional credit at concessional interest rate. Will benefit 2.5 crores farmers
Non-financial Measures
Affordable rental housing complex for migrant workers/urban poorWill launch PMAY for migrant labour/urban poor by converting government funded housing in the cities into affordable rental housing complexes under PPP mode
